EPISCOPAL YOUTH EVENT (E.Y.E.) Tuesday, July 8 through Sunday, July 13, 2008 The theme for 2008 was "Sown in the Heart of Christ." For more detailed information, please go to www.eye2008.org and check it out ☺ E.Y.E. is a national gathering of youth, held every 3 years somewhere in the continental USA. It is the second largest event of the national church, and the single largest YOUTH event of the national church. It is attended typically by 1,500 or more persons, 75-80% of which are youth. As an eligible youth, you travel as a representative of your diocese traveling with other representatives from your diocese. There are a wide variety of activities, seminars, and friends! It is an opportunity to meet other youth from around the world making it a global event. They also host a cultural fair night, which has often been a highlight activity which spans many cultures and languages! Details of the trip: The trip was sensational, to say the least.
