“Unbinding the Spirit” is the name of the Diocese of Northern Michigan’s Ministry Support Team Yearly Conference this year and all are welcome to learn, share stories, listen, reflect and imagine how to respond as we build up the Tree of Life. We will gather September 11-12, at Garden Grove Retreat Center, 6411 State St, Garden, MI 49835. We will explore various ways of sharing stories, including with song and photography, tools & techniques, how to decide what stories to share, building blocks for stories, how to witness to God’s love through story sharing, and how to listen and respond to the stories we have heard, how we might discern the unbound Spirit’s movement through our stories. Unbinding the Spirit is for everyone who wants to experience and reflect on the power of story sharing and the impact it is having in our diocese and communities.
