Christ Episcopal Church | Calumet

Founded 1893

We are a group of Christians who believe every person is made in the image of God – beautiful, unique, and beloved. We work together to build a community grounded in the word of God and energized by the Holy Spirit to seek God’s presence in all creation.  All are welcome at our church.

Worship on Sundays at 10:00 am

We generally alternate weekly between Morning Prayer (a prayerful service with scripture readings, hymns and sermon) and Eucharist (the same prayerful service which includes Holy Communion).  Children are very welcome.  We encourage comfortable clothing and please feel free to bring a travel mug of coffee or tea.

The Episcopal Diocese of Northern Michigan is located in K’chi Namebini-Ziibing (Marquette), the ancestral homelands of the Anishinaabeg, Three Fires Confederacy. The diocese acknowledges the historical connection our organization has with its Indigenous community and their sacred connection with the land.
